Dr Liz L'Eclair

Seasoned practitioner in the art of healing

Biography

I’m Dr. Liz L’Eclair, a seasoned practitioner in the art of healing with over 40 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals find solace emotionally, spiritually, and physically. As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and a former Army Chaplain (with the rank of LTC), my journey in the healing arts has been diverse and profound. My book, The Light Within, serves as a primer to the metaphysical work that I teach.

Background and Expertise: I hold a 500-hour RYT certification and draw upon my prior role as an Army Chaplain to bring a unique blend of compassion and discipline to my practice. Trained in trauma, PTSD, Moral Injury and recovery counseling, working with both ‘Big Army’ and with US Army Special Forces, my approach to healing is rooted in a deep understanding of the complexity of human experience.

Holistic Modalities: My healing methodologies began as an acupuncturist and Reiki Master, laying the foundation for a rich tapestry of skills. As a Unitarian Universalist pastor, I expanded my repertoire to include shamanic healing styles, sound therapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique (‘tapping’). Certified as an Emotion and Body Code practitioner, I combine these and other modalities for a holistic approach to well-being I call Quantum Rewiring.

Professional Coaching and Mindset Trainer: I am a certified professional and personal life coach through Martha Beck, the International Coaching Federation, Voss Coaching Co, and with U.S. Army Special Forces. With a focus on shamanic practice and soul retrieval work, I help clients navigate the unconscious realms, facilitating personal growth and emotional resilience. My training extends to transpersonal psychology and transformative guided visualization techniques.

Academic Pursuits: I hold doctorates both in Metaphysical Cultural Anthropology and in Transpersonal Psychology from the Metaphysics Institute. This deep study allowed me to explore profound inquiries such as why we are here, what we are supposed to do, and how we can navigate life’s complexities.

A Practitioner of Feeling Better: Ultimately, I am a practitioner of feeling better. Whether through yoga, coaching, or guiding clients into profound introspection, I support individuals on a journey of healing and wholeness.
